Bahco 9629 Series Flat Bits are made from high-carbon steel and are heat-treated all over. The hardened blade is forged directly from the round shaft. Winged shoulders enable the bit to first cut the wood and then remove the material from the centre section, ensuring a smooth finish and superior swarf clearance. The positive cutting angle ensures the hole is drilled twice as fast and lasts 3x longer than a conventional bit.
